I received a payment through Moneybookers - now what?
Step 1: Register with the email address the payment was sent to. The payment you received will be automatically reflected in your account balance as soon as the account has been opened.
Step 2: You can either withdraw the money to your bank account or keep it in your Moneybookers account to send payments. You will see: there are a lot of things you can do with the money in your Moneybookers balance.

Which currencies do you accept?
A full list of possible account currencies is shown on the ‘registration’ page. Currently, these are: Euro, British Pound, Bulgarian Lev, U.S. Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Estonian Koruna, Hong Kong Dollar, Hungarian Forint, Israeli Shekel, Japanese Yen, Latvia Lat, Malaysian Ringgit, New Taiwan Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Norwegian Krone, Polish Zloty, Singapore Dollar, Slovakian Koruna, Slovenian Tollar, South-African rand, South-Korean won, Swedish Krona, Swiss Franc and Thailand Baht.

Can I send money abroad?
Of course you can do so - and be sure that you can’t send money more cost efficient cross-border than with Moneybookers.

I have registered and want to send money - now what?
Step 1: You must fund your account. The most common way to fund your account is via bank transfer:

Go to: ‘My Account’ > ‘Upload Funds’ > choose bank transfer as a payment method > enter the amount to be uploaded > You will be provided with a transaction ID and bank details.

Now, you have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. Make sure to enter the transaction ID OR your login email in the reference field. If you do not want to fund your account via bank transfer, find here more supported payment methods.
Step 2: As soon as the funds are credited to your Moneybookers account, you can go ahead and send payments to anyone with an email address by following the instructions given under the ‘Send money’ tab.

I have registered and want to receive money - now what?
Simply, provide the payer with your email address and he can send you payments via Moneybookers. Anytime someone sends you money using Moneybookers, the funds will be instantly credited to your account balance. You can request that someone send you money by going to the ‘Request Money’ tab and follow the instructions.
