The images.zip zipped file has the product images that go with
the products listed in the catalog.xml file.
On the CDROM there needs to be the following directory
structure

 -- catalog <- catalog.css file goes here typically
     |
     +-- images   <- most of the image files go here
          |
          +- covers  <- 5 image files go here - see the zip.
