Notes on files for Chapter 3

Many of these files are further refined in Chapter 4. This
directory contains the versions that appear in Chapter 3
listings.

The CatTest.html file has buttons to activate the full
catalog and keyword select functions. Note that this version
is set to address a Tomcat server on port 8080. This may
have to be changed depending on your server.

The demo will run without the catalog.css file since
it just influences the HTML presentation style. 
If you want to use it, it needs to be where the server
can find it. For example:
